Simply drill holes in between connecting flooring (or through layed flooring) slide supplied plugs into the music under trim making sure they line as much as the holes drilled formerly. Then just push down firmly onto the trim so the plugs are absolutely inserted into the holes and the silicon creates a cushion between the trim and the ground.
